4:Corte: Corte de chapas em folhas planas e depois cortadas em formas específicas para o corpo dos copos.
5:Formação: Formação do corpo do copo: os bordos são aquecidos e unidos para criar uma forma cilíndrica. Selagem do fundo: a peça circular do fundo é inserida e selada ao corpo do copo utilizando calor e pressão. (garante a estanquidade).
6:Rimming e Curling:Rebordo: o bordo superior da chávena é enrolado para formar um rebordo (resistência estrutural e rebordo suave para beber). Selagem a quente: O bordo enrolado é selado a quente para reforçar a estrutura do copo.
