- Conceção/Desenho: Envie-nos o perfil em formato PDF, AI, CDR, ou um logótipo claro, um desenho, e diga-nos a sua ideia ou um desenho simples. Em seguida, podemos desenhar livremente para si.
- Ou fornecemos-lhe os desenhos de impressão em branco dos tamanhos/tipos que escolher e reenvia-nos depois de os desenhar.
- Finalizar: Ajustamos o projeto/desenho com base no passo 3 ou 4 e, em seguida, o cliente confirma-o após verificação cuidadosa.
- Amostras: Podemos emitir as amostras de impressão (se necessário).
- Produção: Nós organizaremos a produção em massa a tempo sob o nosso plano de produção.

Processo de produção de copos e taças de papel
2:Revestimento: O cartão é revestido com uma fina camada de plástico (PE ou PLA) (para impermeabilizar e reter líquidos).
3:Impressão: Impressão flexográfica sob o desenho pretendido.
4:Corte: Corte de chapas em folhas planas e depois cortadas em formas específicas para o corpo dos copos.
5:Formação:Formação do corpo do copo: os bordos são aquecidos e unidos para criar uma forma cilíndrica. Selagem do fundo: a peça circular do fundo é inserida e selada ao corpo do copo utilizando calor e pressão. (garante a estanquidade).
6:Rimming e Curling:Rebordo: o bordo superior da chávena é enrolado para formar um rebordo (resistência estrutural e rebordo suave para beber). Selagem a quente: O bordo enrolado é selado a quente para reforçar a estrutura do copo.
7:Inspeção e controlo de qualidade.
8:Embalagem: Embalados em mangas ou caixas.
