Over CPLA :
CPLA (Crystallized Polylactic Acid) is een afgeleide van PLA (Polylactic Acid), waarvan bioplastic kan worden verkregen uit gemakkelijk hernieuwbare grondstoffen zoals maïszetmeel of suikerriet. Door het kristallisatieproces in CPLA worden de taaiheid en hittebestendigheid van het materiaal verhoogd, waardoor dit bioplastic kan worden gebruikt voor toepassingen bij hoge temperaturen, zoals bestek, omdat het gewone PLA anders zacht zou worden of zou vervormen.
Biologisch afbreekbaar en composteerbaar BPI Certified Eco-Friendly Utensils :
CPLA-bestek is gemaakt van plantaardige grondstoffen zoals maïszetmeel, BPI-gecertificeerd 100% industrieel composteerbaar in 90 dagen en kan volledig worden afgebroken in industriële composteerinstallaties. Op elke niet-plastic vork, lepel en mes staat "composteerbaar" in reliëf.
Hittebestendigheid:
CPLA-bestek is hittebestendiger dan PLA en is bestand tegen temperaturen van 85 °C tot 100 °C (185 °F tot 212 °F).
Duurzaamheid en sterkte:
CPLA bestek is superstevig en duurzaam. Je hoeft je geen zorgen meer te maken dat breekbaar plastic of houten bestek gemakkelijk breekt. Je kunt er moeiteloos verschillende koude en warme etenswaren mee snijden en opscheppen, en het is een sterk en betrouwbaar gebruiksvoorwerp voor consumenten.

Wat is maïsbestek:
Maïszetmeelbestek wordt gemaakt van maïszetmeelpoeder met toevoeging van andere additieven (zoals PBS, PP, licht calciumcarbonaat, talkpoeder, laagmoleculair polyethyleen en anderen); Productieproces: Materiaal mengen, granulatie, injectie & stijl vormen, verpakking. Vergeleken met CPLA heeft het een hogere kosteneffectiviteit.
Milieuvriendelijk en composteerbaar:
Maïszetmeelbestek is gemaakt van plantaardige grondstoffen zoals maïszetmeel en andere formules, is BPI-gecertificeerd 100% composteerbaar en kan 120 dagen lang worden afgebroken in industriële composteerinstallaties.

Maïsbestek is hittebestendiger dan traditioneel plastic, omdat het bestand is tegen temperaturen van 85-120 °C (185-248 °F).

Productieproces
- Materiaal mengen: We mix plant-based PLA with some crystallization substances to enhance the heat resistance and durability of our CPLA cutlery.
- Granulatie: The mixture is converted to granules to make sure that consistent texture and quality are maintained in all of our CPLA utensils.
- Injection & Style Moulding: These granules are melted and injected into cast molds for making heavy-duty and ergonomically designed forks, knives and spoons.
- Verpakking: All utensils go through quality control and are packed. Packaging services are also offered as per the requirements of the clients to enhance the target businesses’ goals in terms of branding and sustainability.
