生産プロセス

To keep the quality and eco-friendliness of the Compostable Spork, the production involves several stages:

1. 材料混合: Cornstarch and other biodegradable materials are mixed.
2. 造粒: The sewer is later used as one ingredient in the mixture that joins in a powdered form, and therefore bulk mixture is later joined in a silo or batch style production.
3. 射出成形とスタイル成形: The second operation, style molding, is performed following the granules being injected into molds followed by cooling causing the lump to keep its shape as that of the biodegradable spork.
4. 梱包: The final stage in the production process is packing the products or at least some of them and holding them till they are to be sold.
