The main process is: according to the order requirements, it is made by mixing sugarcane pulp, bamboo pulp, etc. in proportion. Generally, bamboo pulp accounts for 10-20% of the pulp board, and sugarcane pulp accounts for about 80%. Different, the mixing ratio of sugarcane pulp and bamboo pulp is also different. Firstly, put the sugarcane pulp and bamboo pulp into the hydropulper according to different ratios, soak for about 5 minutes, start the hydropulper for disintegration, and put the crushed pulp into the pulp mixing tank to dilute. Add oil repellant and water repellent during the process, and the slurry mixing tank agitator stirs the slurry evenly, and then pumps the diluted slurry into the slurry supply tank with a slurry pump, and keeps stirring, so that the pulping process is completed.
The slurry in the slurry supply tank is transported by the slurry supply pipeline to the forming machine of the automatic production line of disposable environmental protection paper molds through the slurry supply pipeline, and the moisture in the slurry is removed by vacuum suction on the forming machine, so that the fibers in the slurry are absorbed in the The wet embryo is formed on the screen used for forming, and the wet embryo and the wire mesh are manually transferred to the hot-press setting machine. The wet embryo is dried to form a semi-finished product.
Transfer the shaped semi-finished product to the edge trimming station, and remove the excess edge material with a cutter through the edge trimmer.
After trimming, the products are transferred to the inspection process. The inspectors conduct inspections according to the customer’s standards, and pick out the products that do not meet the customer’s requirements. The products that meet the requirements are transferred to the disinfection packaging process, and are sterilized by an ultraviolet sterilizer.
