Proceso de producción de vasos y cuencos de papel
2:Recubrimiento: El cartón se recubre con una fina capa de plástico (PE o PLA) (para impermeabilizar y retener líquidos).
3:Imprimiendo: Impresión flexográfica bajo el diseño deseado.
4:Corte: Corte en planchas planas y troquelado en formas específicas para el cuerpo de las tazas.
5:Formación: Formación del cuerpo de la copa: los bordes se calientan y se unen para crear una forma cilíndrica. Sellado del fondo: se inserta la pieza circular del fondo y se sella al cuerpo del vaso mediante calor y presión. (garantiza la estanqueidad).
6:Rimming y Curling:Borde: el borde superior de la taza se curva para formar un borde (resistencia estructural y borde liso para beber). Sellado térmico: El borde rizado se sella con calor para reforzar la estructura de la taza.
